Not Your Ex Lover (NYXL) is a Latina, femme, glitter-rock band based in Bend, Oregon. Their music tells the story of love and heartbreak with a grunge-pop vibe - and lots of sparkle. The band was formed in Central Oregon in 2022, bringing together Kourtni (lead vocals, lyricist, and rhythm guitar), Julie (lead guitar and violin), Reya (bass and vocals), and KiKi (drums).

NYXL began their journey in a neon-lit garage with DIY merch, a self recorded EP and a dream. Since, they've opened for the Dandy Warhols, Dayglow, Thelma and the Sleaze and more. Not to mention getting invited to play Treefort Music Fest three consecutive years. Their music channels the rage and truth of their experiences alongside the joy and playfulness of their aspirations. Follow along and join the journey.
